Liz has more than 15 years’ experience in service design, user research, transformation, facilitation and leadership. She has led teams, mapped complex services and helped organisations understand how people, processes, technology and customer or colleague experience fit together.
Liz starts with the problem as people experience it, not with a method. That usually means talking to the people doing the work, following the process as it actually runs, and being specific about where responsibilities, systems and expectations do not line up.
The aim is a shared, honest view of the situation and a practical set of next actions that a leadership team can act on without creating new problems elsewhere.
This experience was built in roles across Lloyds Banking Group, HMRC, HSBC and Sky Betting & Gaming. These organisations describe Liz’s previous experience rather than current Pealey Consulting clients.
The main body of the work: helping growing and changing organisations see how people, processes, technology and experience connect, so change lands in practice.
