How we work

Change that starts with the problem as people experience it.

Not a rigid methodology, a practical way of working that meets you where the friction actually is.

How Liz works

Liz starts with the problem as people experience it, not with a method. That usually means talking to the people doing the work, following the process as it actually runs, and being specific about where responsibilities, systems and expectations do not line up. The aim is a shared, honest view of the situation and a practical set of next actions that a leadership team can act on without creating new problems elsewhere.

How an engagement typically unfolds

Diagnostic session

A 90-minute to 2-hour session that surfaces what's quietly undermining a change initiative, the everyday behaviours and blind spots stalling progress before anyone's named them. You leave with a short written summary and one clear action, not a page of notes you'll never open again.

Focused working sessions

Practical sessions that help leaders and teams align on what actually needs to change and agree next steps, no lengthy phased methodology, just clarity and momentum on the specific problem in front of you.

Ongoing retainer support

Flexible, typically 20 to 24 hours a month, for leaders who want a steady, human-centred sounding board and hands-on support as change unfolds, shaped around what's actually needed, not a fixed multi-month programme.

What this isn't

This isn't a rigid, multi-phase consultancy engagement with review gates and long lock-in periods. It's flexible, human-centred support that starts small, often with a single diagnostic session, and grows into ongoing work only where it's genuinely useful.

Have a change that's difficult to make sense of?

Bring Liz the situation you're dealing with. The first conversation is about understanding the problem, the people affected, and the kind of support that would be useful.
